Staff Saint Margaret Mercy Medical Associate physicians demonstrate experience, strength and expertise in their respective fields. We've added nurse practitioners to work in collaboration with our physicians to better meet your health-care needs. Appointments To make an appointment, just call the clinic site nearest your home. We offer flexible office hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet your individual needs. Admitting privileges Saint Margaret Mercy Medical Associates is a primary-care physician network owned and operated by Saint Margaret Mercy Healthcare Centers in Hammond and Dyer, Ind. Please ask your physician on specific admitting arrangements with Saint Margaret Mercy Healthcare Centers and/or other institutions.
Referrals Please allow three business days for our offices to complete a referral.
Payment Payment is expected at the time of service, or as designated by your specific insurance plan. Friendly staff at the clinic or our central business office are happy to address any questions or concerns you may have about billing for services.
Credit and Collection Policy Co-insurance, co-pays and deductibles are measures health insurance companies use to contain costs. Health-care premiums are calculated with the assumption patients will contribute to the payment of their care.
