Directions to the Hammond Campus

From I-80/94: Take I-80/94 to Calumet Ave./US 41 North exit. Take Calumet Ave. North approximately 1.5 miles to 165th St. Turn left (west) and proceed ½ mile to Hohman Ave. Turn right (north) on Hohman and proceed about 1.5 miles to the hospital on the left side.

From I-80/294 or I-94 Eastbound: Proceed to I-80/94 and exit at Calumet Ave./US 41 North. Take Calumet Ave. North approximately 1.5 miles to 165th St. Turn left (west) and proceed ½ mile to Hohman Ave. Turn right (north) on Hohman and proceed about 1.5 miles to the hospital on the left side.

From I-90 Toll Road: Exit at Calumet Ave./US 41 South. Take Calumet Ave. South approximately ½ mile to Chicago Ave. Turn right (west) and proceed ½ mile to Hohman Ave. Turn left (south) and proceed one mile to hospital on right side.

From I-65 North/South: Proceed to I-80/94 West. Travel approximately 10.5 miles to Calumet Ave./US 41 North exit. Take Calumet Ave. North approximately 1.5 miles to 165th St. Turn left (west) and proceed ½ mile to Hohman Ave. Turn right (north) on Hohman and proceed about 1.5 miles to the hospital on the left side.

Directions to the Dyer Campus

From US Route 30 Westbound: Continue on US Route 30 to hospital entrance, which is just past Hart St., on left. From I-80/94 Westbound: Take I-80/94 to Calumet Ave./US 41 South. Continue south on Calumet Ave. to US 30/Joliet St. Turn right and proceed to hospital entrance, which is just past Hart St., on left.

From I-94 (Chicago Loop): Take I-94 East to I-394 to Sauk Trail exit. Turn left on Sauk Trail and proceed to Illinois/Indiana State Line at US 30. Proceed to hospital on right.

Traveling Between Hammond and Dyer Campuses

These directions are from the Hammond Campus to the Dyer Campus. Reverse them to go from Dyer to Hammond.

Travel Hohman Ave. south to 165th Street. Turn left (east) and proceed to Calumet Ave. Turn right (south) on Calumet and travel approximately 8 miles to US Route 30. Turn right (west) and proceed to hospital entrance, which is just past Hart St., on left.
